Among all Qualified Affiliates, winners will be ranked according to the highest number of Qualified Successful Orders generated during the promo period.

The Top 3 affiliates with the highest rankings will be declared the winners.

If two or more affiliates have the same number of Qualified Successful Orders, ranking will be determined in the following order:

  1. Higher Personal Product Sales.

  2. Earlier completion date and time of the final Qualified Successful Order.

If a tie still remains, Buy2Cart's decision shall be final.

βœ… Definition of a Qualified Successful Order

A Qualified Successful Order is an order that meets ALL of the following requirements:

  • Successfully paid.

  • Successfully completed.

  • Successfully delivered or collected (if applicable).

  • Not cancelled.

  • Not refunded before October 5, 2026.

  • No chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Placed between August 1 and September 30, 2026.

  • Tracked through the affiliate's Affiliate Link or Discount Code.

  • Complies with the Buy2Cart Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Orders that remain:

  • Pending payment

  • Pending fulfillment

  • Pending shipment

  • Pending delivery

  • Under review or investigation

as of October 4, 2026 will NOT be considered Qualified Successful Orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only orders that have been successfully delivered, paid, and marked as completed will qualify.

❌ Orders That Will NOT Qualify

The following transactions will NOT count toward the Affiliate Challenge or Customer Raffle:

  • Cancelled orders.

  • Refunded orders.

  • Returned orders.

  • Chargebacks.

  • Payment disputes.

  • Fraudulent transactions.

  • Duplicate customer accounts.

  • Fake or invalid customer accounts.

  • Orders that violate the Buy2Cart Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

  • Orders created solely to manipulate the promotion.

  • Orders intentionally split into multiple transactions to increase the number of Qualified Successful Orders.

  • Any transaction that Buy2Cart reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or non-genuine.

Buy2Cart reserves the right to review and validate all affiliate accounts, customer accounts, and transactions before confirming the winners.
