Shipping Policy
Buy2Cart Trading F.Z.E.

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of all orders placed with Buy2Cart Trading F.Z.E. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) within the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you (“customer”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders are processed during business hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE time), excluding UAE public holidays.
1.2 Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 We reserve the right to verify orders before processing and to cancel any order in compliance with UAE regulations.
2. Delivery Services (UAE Only)
2.1 Deliveries are handled by licensed third-party couriers.
2.2 Available service levels include:

Same-Day Delivery – Available in eligible UAE locations for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.

Express Delivery – Within hours of dispatch, subject to traffic and courier capacity.

Scheduled Delivery – On a preferred date/time slot (where available).

Standard Delivery – 1–3 working days for non-express orders.
2.3 Once goods are handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the courier, except where delay or loss is caused by our negligence.
3. Service Coverage & Restrictions
3.1 We deliver to all seven Emirates in the UAE.
3.2 Delivery fees are the same across all Emirates, including remote or outlying areas.
3.3 Deliveries to remote or restricted locations may require additional delivery time, but no extra charges will apply.
3.4 Shipments must comply with courier limitations, including weight, size, and content restrictions.
4. Packaging & Handling
4.1 All orders are packaged securely in accordance with courier requirements.
4.2 Customers returning goods must ensure proper packaging; claims may be rejected if packaging standards are not met.
4.3 We may refuse shipment if packaging is inadequate or contains restricted items.
5. Order Accuracy
5.1 Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient details (name, address, contact number, delivery instructions).
5.2 Delays, extra fees, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
6.1 The courier will attempt delivery to the provided address.
6.2 If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to our facility or courier depot.
6.3 Redelivery will require additional charges.
6.4 Orders canceled before courier assignment will not incur delivery fees. Orders canceled after courier assignment or dispatch will be charged the full delivery fee.
7. Delivery Timelines
7.1 Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
7.2 Factors such as traffic, weather, or operational delays may affect delivery times.
7.3 We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delivery delays.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1 Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2 Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the shipping date.
8.3 Claims must include order number, proof of purchase, and photos of damaged goods/packaging.
8.4 Claims may be rejected if:

Goods were not packaged correctly

The shipment contained restricted items

The claim was filed after the allowed timeframe
9. Prohibited Shipments
9.1 We do not ship goods prohibited under UAE law or courier regulations, including but not limited to:

Hazardous or dangerous goods

Cash or negotiable instruments

Counterfeit or illegal items

Other restricted items under UAE customs laws
10. Shipping Charges
10.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on service type, weight, and dimensions.
10.2 No additional charges apply for deliveries to remote or outlying areas; however, delivery may take longer than standard timelines.
10.3 Additional charges may apply for re-delivery after failed delivery attempts.
11. Tracking
11.1 Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
11.2 Real-time updates will remain available until the order is delivered.
12. Governing Law
12.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
